Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap your link, see your page, and send a request from the browser — no download, no account, no password. That is the whole point: the fewer steps between seeing your page and sending a request, the more requests you get.
Do you take a percentage of my bookings?
Never. RideTap is a flat subscription — $14.99/month for Pro at the Founding Driver rate, locked in for life for the first 50 drivers. After the founding cohort, new signups pay $29/month; your rate never changes. The storefront tier stays free. Your rides, your rates, your money — RideTap does not process ride payments and takes no cut of them.
How do customers pay me?
Directly, however you already do it — cash, Zelle, Venmo, card reader, invoice, deposit up front. Add your own Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or PayPal handle and every quote can carry a deposit link that sends the customer straight to you. RideTap tracks what you quoted and whether you have been paid as a note to yourself; it never touches the money.
What kind of vehicles is this for?
Independent operators running party buses, limos, black car, and private rideshare — one vehicle or a small fleet. If you take pre-booked reservations and you would rather send one link than repeat yourself in a hundred DMs, it fits.
