Your booking is with the driver

RideTap is a software platform. When you send a booking request through a driver’s page, your booking is with that driver’s business directly. RideTap is not a transportation provider, does not employ or vet drivers, does not set or collect prices, and is not a party to the transaction.

Quotes & payments happen off-platform

The driver will contact you directly to quote and confirm. Any deposit or payment arrangement is between you and the driver. RideTap never asks for or handles your payment.

Stay safe

Confirm details by phone before sending any deposit. Be cautious of payment requests via gift cards or wire transfer. If a profile looks wrong, use the “Report this profile” link in its footer.

Your information

The contact details you enter in a request form go to the driver you chose so they can respond to you. RideTap does not sell your information.
