1. What RideTap is

RideTap is a software tool for independent transportation providers: a shareable profile page, a booking-request form, and tools to manage requests and reservations. RideTap is not a transportation provider, does not employ or vet drivers, does not set prices, does not process ride payments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.

2. You are an independent business

You are solely responsible for your business: all required licenses, permits, and insurance; the condition and safety of your vehicles; your pricing, quotes, and payments; your conduct and the services you provide. Nothing in RideTap creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

3. Your content

You warrant that you own or have consent to use everything you upload — including photos that show customers — and you indemnify RideTap against claims arising from your content. RideTap may remove content or unpublish profiles suspected of fraud or misrepresentation, investigating after removal.

4. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify RideTap against claims arising from your services, your content, or your breach of these terms — including claims related to bookings, cancellations, no-shows, accidents, or vehicle damage.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

RideTap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideTap’s total liability is limited to the amounts you paid RideTap in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly through your Apple ID. The 30-day trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Physical goods (Tap Cards) are sold separately via the RideTap web store.

7. Account requirements

One verified phone number per account. Publishing a profile requires a verified phone and an active trial or subscription (payment method on file). RideTap may suspend accounts used for fraud or misrepresentation.
